How to Send a Bulk SMS Campaign

Overview

Dealer Studio allows you to send bulk SMS messages to a selected group of contacts directly from the CRM page. You can use filters to target specific customers, such as those who submitted a lead in the last 6 months.

Before you start: You will need at least one SMS template set up before you can send. SMS templates are managed under Settings > Communications > SMS Templates. See How to Create an SMS Template for step-by-step instructions.

Steps

1. Go to CRM in your Dealer Studio dashboard.
2. Use the available filters to narrow down your contact list. For example, use the Date Range filter to select contacts from the last 6 months.
3. Set Rows per page to 1000 to load the maximum number of contacts at once.
4. Select all contacts by ticking the checkbox at the top of the list.
5. Click Send SMS to Selected.
6. Select the SMS template you want to send.

Your SMS will be sent to all selected contacts.
