How to Add Cars to Dealer Studio

Welcome to Dealer Studio, where listing your vehicles for sale is a breeze. In this guide, we'll walk you through the step-by-step process of adding a new car listing to our platform. Follow these simple instructions to showcase your vehicles to potential buyers and maximize your selling potential.

Step 1: Log in to Your Dealer Studio Account

Step 2: Access Your Dashboard

Once logged in, you'll be directed to your Dealer Studio dashboard. Locate and select the "Stock" option. On that page you will be presented with an option to "+ Car".

Step 3: Enter Vehicle Details

Fill in the essential details of the vehicle, including the make, model and year. Make use of the drop down arrow to choose from all makes. models and years. Or, you can select "Manually Add Car", where you can add in far more information. This includes color, registration details, odometer reading, pricing, ect.

Step 4: Finalise Vehicle Details

Once all of the information is listed relevant to the car and its listing, scroll to the bottom of the web page where you can access the "Create Car" option. Once you have clicked on that you have successfully created a car listing. If it doesn't allow you to click the "Create Car" button, there will be some required information further up the page highlighted in red.

Step 5: Adding Photos

Once the listing is created, you will have to access the specific listing again to add photos. Please see How to Add pictures to a Car Listing in Dealer Studio.

Step 6: Preview Your Listing

Before finalizing, take a moment to preview your listing. Ensure that all the details are accurate, and the images are displayed as intended. This step allows you to make any necessary adjustments before finalising the listing.
