Profile Not Displaying on Website

If a profile isn’t showing up on the dealership website, there may be missing or incomplete information. This guide will walk you through the key steps to ensure your profile has all the necessary details to display correctly on the site.

On the dealer dashboard, select Team.

Find the user, and select Edit.

4 pieces of information are required for a profile to be shown on your website.

  1. Upload an image
  2. Name
  3. Email
  4. Tick 'show on website'

Ensure to select 'Submit' to finalise your changes.
