Stock Dashboard: A Quick Guide

The Stock Tab displays all the vehicles currently in your dealership’s inventory. For each car, you’ll see essential information such as the make and model, stock status (whether it’s in stock or sold), mileage, colour, and price. 

Searching and Filtering Stock

The search column allows you to quickly search by stock number, make, or model to find specific vehicles.

You can also sort and filter cars by various criteria such as stock, age, item type, status, location, colour, make, model, and other tags, making it easier to manage and update your inventory.

Further down the lefthand column, you can filter cars by categories that require actioning, helping you identify vehicles that need attention, such as those missing photos, dealer comments, or updates.

Managing Stock

From this tab, you can easily edit listings, add photos, or mark vehicles as sold by clicking the respective buttons for each vehicle. Simply click Edit to modify details or Mark as Sold to update the vehicle’s status.

The + Car button allows you to quickly add a new vehicle to your inventory. You can also use this button to Report or Reindex the vehicle for updates and re-categorisation.
