Leads Dashboard: A Quick Guide

The Leads tab consolidates all your leads from various sources into one location. Whether your leads are coming from general inquiries, service requests, used vehicles, or new vehicles, everything is brought together in this tab to make it simple to track and follow up on leads without having to check multiple systems. You can easily see which leads are related to which category (e.g., sales, service, or specific vehicle inquiries) and prioritise them accordingly.

The leads tab is split into two categories: Classic and Kanban Board

Classic View

The Classic View displays leads in a traditional table format. It’s designed to give you a comprehensive, data-driven view of your leads. You’ll see key information about each lead organised into columns, making it easy to filter and sort based on various criteria. Leads can be filtered by various criteria such as source, status, lead type, or date created, making it easier to quickly find and prioritise specific leads based on your current needs.

The Leads Table is organised into columns by category, contact details, staff assignment, and lead status, making it easy to view all relevant information at a glance. Leads can be assigned to different Dealer Studio employees for follow-up or action, ensuring that each lead is managed by the right team member based on their area of expertise or availability.

Kanban Board

The Kanban Board provides a visual overview of your lead pipeline. It’s organised into columns that represent different stages of the lead process as New, Contacted, Converted, Lost and Spam. Each lead is displayed as a card within the appropriate column, and you can easily move leads between columns as they progress through the stages. These leads can also be filtered by category, location and user.
